Then I laughed to myself when he got married on my birthday and announced he was moving to the city I currently live in, Austin, Texas. Now I hear the possibility of having Lars Brownworth coming here to lecture! Count me in. I would also be willing to spread the word, and post fliers at the University of Texas, of which I AM NOT A MEMBER. As Mike is no doubt finding out, in this town even if you don't go to UT, it's a big part of the city, for better or for worse
The History of Rome podcast has been the catalyst for my own interest in Roman history, which has lead me to read many of the source materials drawn from the show. 12 Byzantine rulers was been equally engaging, and catalytic for that matter, just as the Norman series is shaping up to be. Thanks to you both for all the work and time you put in. It is much appreciated.
And I've counted you in!Users browsing this forum: No registered users and 0 guests
